I think it’s around 200 watt pr. leg that an athlete puts out (round figure). So 20-60 watt extra is a big improvement. Especially considering it’s probably transferred directly to the wheel, so it doesn’t loose anything in the drivetrain. (even tho it’s lubed up and done to perfection, it’s still an imperfect system)
