    High Clamping Adaptability

    The self-centering pneumatic chuck can easily achieve precise clamping of various pipe shapes in a single operation. Notably, the chuck is configured with two pairs of long and short clamping jaws, allowing it to quickly clamp non-closed channel steel, I-beams, and even complex irregularly shaped pipes without tedious adjustments or additional fixtures.

     

    Flexible Pipe Clamping, Stable and Reliable

    The chuck jaws have undergone carefully designed hardness treatment to ensure their durability and stability under high-intensity working conditions. Two flexible pipe clamping modes are supported. For small-diameter pipes, the external clamping method is used to ensure uniform and stable clamping force; for large-diameter pipes, the external support mode can be selected for more secure and reliable clamping.
